  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Certain items, such as perishable goods, personal care items, and customized products, are not eligible for return. Please check the product description for specific return exclusions.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos or documentation.

3. Exchanges

4. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
